Rotary Feeder, also known as Rotary Valve, Star Discharger or Airlock, is a key mechanical device for continuous and controllable feeding of powder, granular or flaky bulk materials and an important component in material conveying systems. It is mainly used in pneumatic conveying, dust removal and industrial production systems, with dual functions of uniform feeding and air pressure sealing. Composed of a multi-blade rotor (6-12 blades), cylindrical housing, drive motor and reducer, it achieves precise feeding by adjusting speed, with a housing clearance of 0.08-0.12 mm (precision type) for excellent airtightness. It has a compact structure, wide adaptability, and can be customized for wear-resistant, high-temperature (up to 260°C), anti-corrosion or anti-static requirements, suitable for pressure ranges from -0.05 MPa (vacuum) to 0.7 MPa (positive pressure).
