All products come with 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of delivery. We offer free repair or replacement for quality issues.
2. Returns due to quality problems
Yes. We accept returns for manufacturing defects within 3 months after delivery. We cover return shipping costs and arrange replacement or full refund.
3. Returns for non-quality reasons (wrong model, change of plan, etc.)
Industrial equipment is often customized or made-to-order, so general returns are not accepted for personal reasons.
However, we can discuss exchange, credit note or restocking solution depending on the situation (administrative fees may apply).
