During the daily operation of the LONGMECH Roots blower, the following aspects need to be checked:
Check whether the sound of the blower is normal. If there is any abnormal noise, please shut down the machine to check the cause or contact the manufacturer. Restart the machine only after confirming and resolving the issue;
If any bolts are loose, please tighten them promptly to prevent them from falling off and causing malfunctions;
Observe whether the pressure gauge reading is normal. If the pressure is too high, please check whether the air outlet passage is blocked. Use it after the pressure returns to normal;
Check the oil tank level to avoid damage to bearings and gears due to oil shortage;
Check the tightness of the belt. If it is too loose, adjust the motor base until the belt is properly tightened before use.
